Bringing balance back to the body
In the whirlwind of life, it is so easy to lose the equilibrium in our emotional and physical bodies. The demands of desk jobs put strain on our muscular-skeletal system whilst technology, deadlines, commutes and hectic personal lives tax our central nervous system, making it hard to unwind and tune in to what we really need.
With a background in ayurveda, yoga, reflexology and massage, I aim to restore the body's balance through a combined approach to health and well-being. I work closely with individuals to identify systems under stress and aim to naturally rebalance the emotional and physical body by drawing on all areas of my expertise and training.
Each session is designed so that clients are able to regain control of their body's balance, and ultimately, a program of sessions are designed to empower individuals to manage their well-being at home.
Sessions start with an in-depth look at diet and lifestyle, a plan is then developed that may incorporate massage and reflexology treatments, yoga, ayurveda and nutrition plans.
